1. Why do I need to rent a wheelchair?

• Temporary usage (e.g. overseas holiday, guest visiting, injury, shopping, corporate event etc)
• New wheelchairs are quite expensive and no buy-back scheme
• Storage issue when you no longer need the wheelchair

2. How heavy is the wheelchair?

• A normal chrome wheelchair weighs from 16 - 20kg
• A normal aluminum lightweight wheelchair weighs from 12 - 14kg

3. How good are your wheelchair rental rates compared to other companies?

• Our rates are the best in the market, and we only the best quality wheelchairs at the best prices.

4. I'm not sure how long do I need the wheelchair.

• Get in touch with our wheelchair specialists. We can provide a practical and workable recommendation for your situation. We will work out the best arrangement for you. No worries!

5. Can you provide delivery services?

• Yes we do. For wheelchair rental, we charge $25 per trip. For purchase of wheelchairs, we provide free deliveries island-wide.

6. Can I look at the wheelchair first? 

• No problem. You can always come down to our office to look at any wheelchair. No pressure, no obligation. 

7. Do you sell 2nd hand or used wheelchair at a much lower price?

• Currently we do not sell used wheelchairs. However, we will have this service up soon. Check with us again. Call 6254 2916.

8. How is your delivery schedule like? Can you deliver on the same day? Can you deliver at night?

• Unfortunately, due to limited resources, we have delivery schedule limitations.
• We are only able to deliver wheelchairs, soonest by next business working day, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. 

9. Can I pay through internet transfer? What are the options available for internet transfer? 

• We accept online payment through Paypal and PayNow. Kindly check with our respective wheelhair specialists for payment options.
